Rental Description
You will fall in love with our house due to its prime location being moments away from Whitstable's main shopping thoroughfare with everything you need from art galleries, stylish clothes and food shops, restaurants and bars. In addition you have the beach and harbour just a few minutes' walk away, with its boats, colourful beach huts and oyster shells. The house an ideal choice for all generations.
White Cottage was renovated extensively, converting what was a rather dark and cramped Victorian two-up two-down former fisherman's house in to an open plan, bright, stylish and comfortable holiday home.
The accommodation consists of a through lounge/dining area with wood burning stove, a galley style kitchen, guest toilet/utility room, and garden with outside dining. Upstairs on the 1st floor are the master Kingsize bedroom and a stunning marble master bathroom. The loft room has been converted to a spacious twin bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE the loft room is accessed via a steep original staircase and so we do not recommend for young children or people with mobility issues.

There are frequent busses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury area's. The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. There are also Taxi services available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airport is in London and the Ferry port is in Dover.
