This apartment is very well located. There is a TON of things to do in the area. Lots of recommendations are provided. Minutes away from the water and there are so many lovely shops and cafes/restaurants. Right on the bus route if you want to go to Canterbury. The apartment is up high so you get to see a sliver of the water and a great view of the lovely sunsets…The black out blinds are a much needed bonus as you are right next to the street lights when it gets dark... but they worked wonderfully. It is well laid out with bedrooms at opposite ends. Windows are a bit tricky which could be problematic in the summer but there are fans available in each room. This is a great place for those who want to be close to the action. Definitely not for anyone that cannot manage luggage on the stairs… but they make that clear. This was a very last minute booking and Lucy was very accommodating… making the process quick and easy.

Rooftops was perfect for our last minute weekend in Whitstable. Fantastic location, right in the heart of the town, with everything Whitstable has to offer literally right on the doorstep, but the flat was quiet and peaceful when we needed to relax and we loved the views across the rooftops from every room. super comfortable, and with everything we needed, we'll definitely be back!

The apartment is superbly located, 60 seconds from the sea, overlooking Harbour St with its shops, cafes and people-watching opportunities. Many nearby eateries and grocery shops which makes life very easy! 10 mins walk from train station so easy access by public transport. The flat was beautifully bright, clean and tidy, was as described and had all the amenities and equipment we needed. There are 2 flights of stairs after the front door so might not suit somebody with mobility challenges. The flat itself is on one level. We hope to book this place again next time we visit a Whitstable. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Everything I wanted to do was close including the bus to Canterbury. The kitchen worked well and I even watched a few DVDs from the selection provided.

The flat is in an amazing location. All the best shops and food are on harbour street and you can see the sea from the windows. We were a bit worried about the no parking included but lots of free parking around the flat so no trouble. A couple of things in the welcome pack didn’t match the actual amenities but the people who managed the property were very quick and helpful to sort things - turns out the hosts had changed a couple of things but not notified the managers yet. All in all great little flat.

Charming flat right on the high street but still very quiet at night. Well furnished and cosy. Gorgeous views to the sea and down the high street. Lovely!

We had a lovely time. Had one night where neighbors woke us up late at night, but overall, was quiet considering the location on the High Street. Only the bottom oven functions correctly, and the water was scaldingly hot, but the flat was comfy and cozy and the beds were comfortable and the location absolutely can’t be beat. Right on the most charming section of the Whitstable High Street, looking down onto shops and out over the rooftops. We even had a great view of the New Years Eve fireworks right from the flat! Harbor and beaches are just steps away. Overall, would recommend.
